It works on every booking you make on onto, and on bookings made elsewhere once you upload the confirmation. The only thing we can't act on is a rate the hotel stops selling altogether — if the room is gone, there is nothing left to rebook.
No. We only act when the same hotel, the same room type and the same dates come back cheaper. If anything about the stay would change, we leave your original booking exactly as it is.
We start the refund the moment the cheaper booking is confirmed. It leaves us the same day and usually shows up on your card or account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Because a coupon is a price that only some people get, and it expires. We'd rather show one honest price to everyone and keep working on it after you book.
We read the hotel, dates and room from the confirmation so we can track that exact stay, and nothing else. The file stays private to your account and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
